Standard design services are completed within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Turnaround time begins once all required project information has been submitted.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Each design service includes two revisions.
Revisions include adjustments such as color changes, small layout tweaks, or minor text updates.
Requests that significantly alter the original concept may be treated as a new design request.
Additional revisions beyond the two included may be purchased for an additional fee.

All services include one initial concept.
If multiple concepts or completely different design directions are requested, they must be purchased as additional design options.

BrandPolish is a design studio and does not provide printing services.
If printing is requested, BrandPolish may assist with placing orders through trusted vendors. Printing production time varies by vendor and is not included in design turnaround times.

BrandPolish primarily communicates through email and website inquiries.
This helps ensure project details are documented and prevents miscommunication.
Consultations may be scheduled if needed.

Due to the nature of digital design services, all sales are final once work has begun.
If a project has not yet started, a cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Completed design files will be delivered digitally through email or a download link.
Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their final files.
